Big Fake Roaches

These are giant fake cockroaches made for a short film. They were sculpted in wax then cast in translucent resin. Short bristles were glued to the legs, giving them that buggy look.

The two roaches, pictured with the cracker, measure 3.5 inches. The one posing with a marker is 6 inches long. It's legs and head have wire articulations so they can be animated.
