Cheese Heads

We made heads out of cheese for the 2010 Brooklyn Ball, for food artist Jennifer Rubell. The heads were made from a life cast of Jennifer's head.

We made eight heads. Each head required 15 pounds of cheese. They were hung from the ceiling of the gallery over crackers piled on a table. They were melted with heat guns so the cheese would fall onto the crackers. Yum yum.
